Along the unique vibrant culture of the Filipinos, most especially the people of Ilocos Norte, novelties such as this ethnic toilet paper holder and lamp made out of katukong (Ilocano hat created from a piece of large tabungao or white squash) are worth a reason to visit the Sarusar Shop of the Museo Iloco Norte.
I’ve already posted a feature on the museum before (here) It is with pride that I say it is among the well-maintained museums in the country, according to a foreign book I’ve read. We have to congratulate the Gameng Foundation for lovingly taking care of this cultural heritage.
